‘Eat Out’, Spain’s largest food and restaurant group were determined to save this classic cuisine and reinvent it for a modern generation. Barcelona was chosen for the first outlet and JHP commissioned to design ‘Salta’ an offer that uses rice, pasta and cous cous as base ingredients that seduce the full breadth of regional Spanish ingredients.
As always with Salteado the cooking takes centre stage with the Chefs performing as melodramatic culinary Matadors. The frantic live cooking and crowds result in an experience that is always exciting and sometimes even overwhelming.
