Austrian bakery Der Bäcker Ruetz has been providing Tyrolean's with their daily bread since 1899. In 2011 they opened their most important bakery to date, the flagship branch in Kematen outside Innsbruck designed by JHP.

No ordinary 'bakery', the outlet has presentation suites, coffee lounges, children's baking days, outdoor wood-burning ovens and headquarters the local Alpine marathon.

JHP developed the entire project experience from the building architecture to the bakers' aprons.
