The Royal National Lifeboat institution is the UK’s most beloved and popular charity. Its coastal lifeboats are manned
entirely by heroic volunteers.

The problem was that so were its charity shops. The shops were managed by enthusiastic amateurs who sold a vast selection of gifts and souvenirs from trestle tables often in snow and rain then cashed up in biscuit tins. JHP’s grid and matrix display system enabled the entire volunteer force to merchandise and replenish their stores in minutes.

The stores many of which are right alongside the Lifeboats themselves have proved hugely profitable for the institution and incredibly popular with the heroes and heroines that operate them.
