BEYOND A BAKERY
JHP's latest project for Viennise bakery Ströck was developed in response to their acquisition of a unit adjoining one of its existing bakeries and the desire to trade at all hours.
Ströck Feierabend was born. An innovative concept that functions as a fully operational bakery from early breakfast through lunch and into a restaurant/wine bar at night all built around the chain’s core products of viennoiserie and bread.
JHP worked on all aspects of the new store's experience from retail design to visual merchandising, product display, food presentation brand communication, menus and uniforms.
