In response to the explosion in casual dining and a public belief that all fast food is poorly sourced and artificially flavoured, JHP were commissioned by LOTTERIA to design and develop a new fast dining experience. 

The result is the BURGER LABORATORY offering a finely tuned and limited menu, based on fresh, sustainable and well-sourced ingredients, all prepared to order right in front of the customer. 

The first 300 M2 BURGER LABORATORY opened in Seoul November 2016. Its results have been outstanding consistently trading 35% higher than its previous incarnation and is now being rolled out across the companies 3,000 outlets throughout Asia.
