Premium Indian shirt brand 'Arrow' had a large retail presence in India, but in 2007 required a complete overhaul to position itself for expansion across the sub-continent.

JHP applied its expertise to develop a new store concept that fused the brand's technological innovation in material production with a design concept that could travel effortlessly, regardless of location.

The Arrow store concept was rolled out across India and also enabled the brand to expand internationally by taking concessions in several major department stores in Western Asia, Egypt, the Maldives, Nepal, South Africa and Kenya.
