JHP can at last announce its collaboration with AL_A architects and Moscow’s ADG development corporation to reinvent 39 existing soviet era cinema complexes as modern connected community commercial centres inside the city’s peripherique.
The centres which are of great nostalgic value to Muscovites vary from 10,000 to 50,000 M2. The existing buildings will be replaced with modern vertically anchored facilities with supermarkets, delis and services on lower floors leading through fashion, home and restaurants to leisure and entertainment at the top of the buildings.
The sites have been developed on a modular basis and each will maintain its original name. State of the art cinemas will of course be present in every location.
